Ceramic fiber blankets are lightweight, high-temperature insulation materials made from alumina-silicate fibers. They offer excellent thermal stability and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1260°C. These blankets are commonly, due to their low thermal conductivity and resistance to thermal shock.
